Shipping and production times

Ready to ship items typically ship within 1-2 business Days Post-Order Date

If your pieces are custom it take some time to produce, usually 5-10 business days.

How do I track my order ?

As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive an Email and Sms including your tracking number when your order leaves our studio. It will contain a hyperlinked tracking number that will allow you to track your shipment and estimated delivery date through the USPS or FedEx website. To check the status of your order, you can enter to your Account to check.

Do you ship to PO boxes, APO or FPO addresses ?

Yes! Simply enter your PO Box, APO or FPO address in the shipping line when placing the order.

What is your return policy ?

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We are absolutely confident in the quality of our products and want you to feel the same way.

In the case where your non-custom piece isn’t quite working out for you, we accept return or exchange for non-custom pieces. Non-custom pieces must be returned/exchanged within 30 days of receiving your piece(s) (based on USPS timestamp date received).

Berradas do not offers free returns. The products in “sale” are the final sale and cannot be returned.

 If you mail your piece in on your own, be sure to keep the tracking number provided to you by the shipping company so we can locate the order if needed!

Note: We are currently unable to accept returns on custom or personalized items.

Once an order has shipped out we will not refund the shipping for a return. Shipping costs will only be refunded if an order is cancelled prior to shipment.

 

Can I change my order ?

If the order is a ready to ship product has not been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate a cancellation, email us at : contact@berradas.com or use this Contact from with your first and last name, order number, and request a cancellation.
We start the jewelry making process right away, so we do not allow changes to the order once it has been placed it.
Please note: We are unable to cancel orders that have started production.

Can I change my delivery address ?

If you wish to change your delivery address, please contact us or email at contact@berradas.com and we will do our best to assist you in this matter. When requesting for an address change, we need the following the following information:
First and Last name
Street name and number
Zip code and City
Phone number

How do I cancel my order ?

If you would like to cancel your order, please email us immediately at contact@berradas.com. If your order has not been shipped but a tracking number has been created, we will refund you the amount of your order minus the cost of shipping already incurred. If your order has already been shipped you will have to wait until it has arrived and then follow the steps to return as outlines in Returns & Exchanges.

How to care for my jewelry ?

Always store your jewelry pieces individually, preferably in your Berradas soft-lined box or pouch so that they don’t rub together, scratch or tangle. Particular care should be taken with gemstones to ensure that they do not knock against one another when stored. Also remember to keep your chains fastened so they don’t become tangled.

Take care to avoid extreme humidity or heat as this may cause tarnishing. Your Gold filled, Rose Gold and silver jewelry should be kept in a dark, cool and dry place. With time and wear, sterling silver will naturally become oxidised and eventually tarnish. Storing silver Jewelry in a sealed plastic bag or airtight box when it is not being worn will keep out the air that causes oxidation. If however your jewelry is stored for long-periods of time, occasional cleaning is recommended to maintain shine and keep oxidation at bay.

Your jewelry is particularly susceptible to damage from the effects of chemicals present in perfume, hairspray, make-up, nail polish remover, body oils, sun tan lotion and deodorant.

Do not keep jewelry in direct sunlight as prolonged exposure to sunlight can cause many gemstones to fade and lose their color. Amethyst, rose quartz, chalcedony and smokey quartz are just some of the gemstones that can become paler from exposure to sunlight.
