Where is your studio located?

We carefully design and assemble our U.S. orders in our New York studio, and we’ve recently opened a workshop in Montreal to serve Berradas Canada.

We ship worldwide, and your order will be dispatched from either the USA or Canada, whichever location offers the fastest and most efficient delivery to your country.

What happens if I make a mistake in the engraving?

Please double-check the spelling before placing your order. We engrave the personalization exactly as submitted. If you notice a mistake quickly, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help before production starts.

Can I change or return my item?

Personalized pieces are made especially for you and cannot be returned unless there is an issue with the order. Non-personalized items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days if unused.
