What is your production time for custom pieces ?

All custom pieces are made to order by jewelry artisans and take time to produce.

Our current production time is listed on our product listings as well as our Checkout page. Production time is subject to change during high-demand periods.

Is your jewelry waterproof ?

Certainly! Our jewelry is water-resistant as we use 925 sterling silver, 18k gold or Tungsten Carbide. For more information about our jewelry please visit our page : Our Jewelry and materials

However, when it comes to Gold plated jewelry, we recommend avoiding prolonged contact with both water and chemicals to enhance its durability.

What is your return and exchange policy?

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We are absolutely confident in the quality of our products and want you to feel the same way.

In the case where your non-custom piece isn’t quite working out for you, we accept return or exchange for non-custom pieces. Non-custom pieces must be returned/exchanged within 30 days of receiving your piece(s) (based on USPS timestamp date received).

Berradas do not offers free returns. The products in “sale” are the final sale and cannot be returned.

 If you mail your piece in on your own, be sure to keep the tracking number provided to you by the shipping company so we can locate the order if needed!

Note: We are currently unable to accept returns on custom or personalized items.

Once an order has shipped out we will not refund the shipping for a return. Shipping costs will only be refunded if an order is cancelled prior to shipment.

 

Refund Policy:

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. In the event that you require a refund, we will return the amount to your original method of payment. Please note that the processing time for the refund can vary between 3 to 7 days, depending on your bank's policies. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this period.

 

Is your jewelry nickel-free and safe for those with allergies?

We understand the importance of jewelry that not only enhances your style but also ensures comfort and well-being for you or your recipient. We are committed to providing jewelry that is safe for wear and minimizes the risk of allergies.

Most of our jewelry is crafted from high-quality materials like 925 sterling silver, 18k solid gold or tungsten carbide. These materials are generally well-tolerated by the vast majority of people and are less likely to cause allergic reactions. It's important to note that our jewelry is also nickel-free, making it even more hypoallergenic.

Where is your studio located?

Our studio is located in Branford CT. We operate as a small business with a team consisting of seven members. We meticulously design, create, finish and assembles our custom-made pieces.

While we do collaborate with select global partners for sourcing certain materials, components, and products, it's important to note that all our partners, whether local or international, are compensated fairly, and our products are sourced and produced in an ethically responsible manner.

Before leaving our studio, each and every piece undergoes a rigorous quality check by our team and is lovingly hand-packaged with care! ♡

What is the estimated shipping delivery time?

Our made-to-order pieces are crafted with great care, and this meticulous process does require some time. It's essential to note that the production time is separate from the shipping time. Please consult our Shipping and Production times page. for the most up-to-date estimates.

Within the United States and Canada we utilize various shipping services such as USPS Postal service, UPS, DHL and FedEx, which are selected based on your location and chosen shipping service.

Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized packaging?

Yes, we offer gift wrapping and personalized packaging for your convenience.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it's been placed?

Yes, you can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours after it's been placed. Just contact us at : contact@berradas.com and our team will be happy to assist you with any changes.

Can I Change the Personalization Text After I Submit My Order?

We understand that sometimes you might want to make changes after placing your order. If you need to alter the personalization text for your custom jewelry, please contact us within 24 hours after you place your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
