Our jewelry bring together the finest materials and stunning design to create something very special.

 

14k Gold filled

A high quality type of gold-finish jewelry. Its base material is sterling silver and it has a super thick layer of gold plating "5 microns thick" for long-lasting colour and shine.

 

18k Gold Vermeil

We’ve perfected our vermeil technique for superior durability with an innovative oxygen bathing technique that improves vermeil adherence 3x. In this process, we coat a 925 sterling silver base with 3 microns of our signature 18k yellow gold. 

 

Sterling Silver 

A standard material in high quality jewelry. It is precious metal alloy made of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals. This is a wonderful base material because it is long-lasting and flexible.

Every Berradas jewelry piece is made by hand with care, love, and deep friendship in one of our studios located in Connecticut and California. We will always keep quality and the complete satisfaction of those involved in our supply chain top of mind.

Our Packaging

We are proud to integrate eco-friendly packaging across all our shipping goods so it as effective as it is kind to the environment. To package your jewels, we may use a combination of canvas pouches, paper boxes, biodegradable protective wrap packaging and compostable satchels. 

 

We use canvas pouches and paper boxes as they are durable, biodegradable and great for reusability.  Our compostable postage satchel, are 100% biodegradable, compostable and represents a 60% reduction in CO2 emissions in manufacturing when compared to traditional plastic.

Our Goals include:

 

 - Using 100% ethical and recycled materials 

 - Create designs that reduce material use 

 - Sourcing and using only 100% ethical and sustainably made gemstones 
  - Generate zero waste in our studio and boutique stores   
 - Vertical integration of our business model to minimise waste and streamline sustainability initiatives

Determine your Necklace, Bracelet or ring size.

At Berradas, we understand how important it is to find jewelry that fits comfortably and looks great. That's why we've created this jewelry sizing guide to help you find the perfect size for your new piece of jewelry.

Whether you're shopping for rings, bracelets, necklaces, or earrings, our guide will provide you with all the information you need to find the right size for you. We'll explain how to measure your finger, wrist, neck, and earlobes to determine your size, and provide helpful tips on how to ensure a comfortable fit.

Rings

 *If you already have a ring that fits you, you can measure its diameter with a ruler. The table above helps you to determine the corresponding ring size for your measured diameter.

1. You can easily determine your own ring size with a measuring tape or a cord. To measure, simply place the cord (or the measuring tape) around your finger tightly. The ends of the cord should be marked.

2. By using a ruler you can then measure the marked cord and get your ring size in circumference.

  1. Find a tool to use (string, dental floss, headphone cord, measuring tape if you have it).
  2. Find the length by wrapping it around your neck and marking it (for pendants, imagine the jewelry lower, for suspended, it should be in line).
  3. Check the length against a ruler or lay it out flat and measure with a phone app.

Alternatively: Measure an existing necklace end to end with a ruler (most accurate) or a phone app (great if you don’t have a ruler handy).

 

Bracelets

Find Your fit

Here are some general guidelines that can help you determine your bracelet size:

  1. Measure your wrist: The easiest way to determine your bracelet size is to measure your wrist with a flexible measuring tape or a strip of paper. Wrap the measuring tape or paper around your wrist and make a note of the measurement, in inches or centimeters.

 You can easily determine your own bracelet size with a measuring tape or a cord. To measure, simply place the cord (or the measuring tape) around your wrist tightly. The ends of the cord should be marked.

2. By using a ruler you can then measure the marked cord and get your wrist size.



Note : Add a comfort fit: To ensure that your bracelet fits comfortably, add 0.5 to 1 inch (or 1.3 to 2.5 centimeters) to your wrist measurement. This will give you the size you need to purchase.
