Quick to respond regarding an issue with the bracelet and promptly sent a replacement!

Initially, the item (a bracelet) was shipped measuring a length of 9.0" instead of 7.5". At first, the seller was exceptionally resistant to replacing it and kept insisting I had to re-purchase the bracket. Finally we sent him a photo of the bracelet against a ruler showing the measurement as 9.0+". Then, for some reason, the seller immediately said he would replace the item and became very, very cooperative. I received the bracelet yesterday and it's beautiful, well-crafted and sturdy. I love it.

I purchased the bracelet for Father’s Day and when he opened it, it had 3 other kids name on the bracelet. I paid $33 for expedited delivery and we were very disappointed this morning to open the someone else’s order. Seller please contact me asap to make this correction expeditiously!

The bracelet is amazing and high quality, but my dad over 60 was having a lot of trouble figuring out how to unclasp and use it. I’m across the country and tried to help but couldn’t. He got it to unclasp after a day but still, hopefully instructions or video can be added to show how to unclasp the bracelet.

I had been looking for a custom made leather bracelet and this one matched exactly what I was looking for. I love that I was able to personalize the bracelet. The recipient loved the gift!

The quality of the bracelet is great. My husband really loved his gift. Only thing I will say is that we had a hard time opening the clasp. We didn't realize that you're supposed to slide it out instead of pull it apart. Just FYI for others who purchase.

The bracelet is very simple and exactly as pictured. I would recommend. I am not sure I love it but not because the quality it more it seems a bit empty with only one name on it. My son’s papa just started coming into his life so I was trying to find something small and simple for Christmas.
