Where is your studio located?
We carefully design and assemble our U.S. orders in our New York studio, and we’ve recently opened a workshop in Montreal to serve Berradas Canada.
We ship worldwide, and your order will be dispatched from either the USA or Canada, whichever location offers the fastest and most efficient delivery to your country.
Processing Time
Our processing time varies based on the type of order:
Non-personalized items: 1-3 working days.
Custom engraved pieces: 2-5 working days.
Fully custom new designs: 3-4 weeks
Please note that during peak seasons like holidays, processing times may fluctuate.
US. & Canada Shipping Options
• United states: USPS - First class mail : 3-5 business days. (Free shipping)
• USPS - Priority mail : 1-4 business days. ($10)
• USPS - Express mail : 1-2 business days ($35)
• Canada Post : 2-7 business days.(FREE)
• Purolator Ground®: 2-5 business days. (C$7.99)
• Purolator Express® : 1-5 business days. (C$9.99)
Delivery times vary based on location and carrier delays.

Do you ship globally?
Yes, we ship worldwide with regular post, which takes about 5–10 business days. Express shipping upgrades are also available at checkout.
Will I have to cover customs fees?
We cover all customs and import fees, so you won’t have any additional charges upon delivery.
Can I change or return my item?
If you want to change a product into another model, color, leather etc. please contact us so we are able to reserve the new item in our stock immediately. You are always entitled to an exchange or refund within 30 days after you have received your package, as long as the item has not been used.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We are absolutely confident in the quality of our products and want you to feel the same way.
In the case where your non-custom piece isn’t quite working out for you, we accept return or exchange. Products must be returned/exchanged within 30 days of receiving your piece(s) (based on Postal timestamp date received).
What should I do if my product get damaged?
All our products come with guarantee, covering one-time piece exchange for issues like material uniformity, broken piece...
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, we offer gift wrapping and personalized packaging at checkout page for your convenience.
