General guidelines to determine your bracelet size:

Measure your wrist: Wrap a flexible measuring tape or a strip of paper around your wrist. Note the measurement in inches or centimeters.

Use a ruler to measure the marked cord and get your wrist size.
Note: Add 0.5 to 1 inch (1.3 to 2.5 cm) to your wrist measurement for a comfortable fit.

Where is your studio located?
We carefully design and assemble our U.S. orders in our New York studio, and we’ve recently opened a workshop in Montreal to serve Berradas Canada.
We ship worldwide, and your order will be dispatched from either the USA or Canada, whichever location offers the fastest and most efficient delivery to your country.

If you want to change a product into another model, color, leather etc. please contact us so we are able to reserve the new item in our stock immediately. You are always entitled to an exchange or refund within 30 days after you have received your package, as long as the item has not been used.

In the case where your non-custom piece isn’t quite working out for you, we accept return or exchange. Products must be returned/exchanged within 30 days of receiving your piece(s) (based on Postal timestamp date received).
