I am so disappointed in the bracelet I ordered for my husband's wedding gift. I was super excited when I opened it because it was beautiful but, the second time he wore it, it broke. I pushed it back together, and within minutes, it broke again. I was heartbroken.

Bracelet quality was as described, engraving was done neatly and delivery was timely. Communication with the seller was inconsistent in terms of information and response time, sometimes taking a day, sometimes no response for several days until I inquired again. Seller initially confirmed I would receive a proof of the engraving to review before it was applied, but I never received a proof. That was disappointing, as I wanted a chance to see/change the font. When I mentioned this after getting shipment notice, the seller said a proof was not possible because of the high volume of orders. I did appreciate the seller was able to change the shipping address for me (I was relocating while the bracelet was in production), and was able to advise me well on sizing. Overall, a nicely personalized and packaged gift and it fit very well.
