Bracelet quality was as described, engraving was done neatly and delivery was timely. Communication with the customer service was inconsistent in terms of information and response time, sometimes taking a day, sometimes no response for several days until I inquired again. But overall I would recommend this shop.

Very impressed with the quality. The leather is soft but strong, and the clasp feels solid, not cheap at all. It looks like something way more expensive than what I paid. Shipping was also faster than expected.

I paid additional for express shipping to receive the package by 6/18/26. The first notification I received from Barradas indicated the package had not shipped and would arrive 6/23/26. I emailed support 2 times requesting to cancel the order since it was still in their pocession they did not respond and shipped it. I requested a refund for the cost of express shipping and they have not responded

Warning to anyone considering ordering from here. I ordered this a long time ago and paid extra for four day delivery. It's not here, It was shipped five days ago and will not be here for another four days. I sent email three times with questions on the bracelet and only my first email was ever answered. The bracelet might be great, but the customer service needs some serious help. If the bracelet doesn't arrive, doesn't fit or breaks, suspect I'm screwed because I'm fairly certain no one will respond.
