I ordered and paid for the bracelet several weeks ago for a Christmas gift. The tracking showed "delivered" but I never received it. I waited several days to see if it showed up, but it never did. The vendor will not replace it. Terrible service. Buyer beware

Unfortunately, the clasp on these bracelets is not very secure. I specifically asked prior to purchase how secure the class was and I was assured by the artist that it was very secure because it was a click clasp. I had bought one for myself and one for my husband and both broke and were missing in less than 1 months. Berradas did offer me 50% off 1 replacement bracelet. The clasp is the same so we’re not very confident that it will last
