Materials we use
Sterling silver: Sterling silver stands as a fundamental material in top-tier jewelry, comprising a precious metal alloy crafted from 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals. This serves as an excellent foundational material due to its durability and flexibility. And here's an interesting tidbit: All our silver-tone pieces undergo rhodium plating, a rare and precious metal that imparts additional shine, luster, and longevity to each piece.
Gold vermeil: (vehr-may) Our 18k Gold Vermeil collection, a premier form of gold-plated jewelry. Crafted from sterling silver as the base material, each piece boasts a generously thick layer of gold plating, we meticulously applying 5 micrometers (5 μm) of 18k gold – that's five times the industry standard ~100x thicker than regular "Fashion jewelry". This meticulous process results in jewelry that exudes opulence and maintains its radiant finish.
Solid 18k gold: The ultimate luxury material, gold is a rare precious metal that does not oxidize or discolour. We use 18k gold, which means it is 75% gold. We chose this colour for its beautiful, subtle hue and its durability.
Tungsten carbide renowned for its remarkable strength and durability, is a composite material formed by combining tungsten and carbon. This unique alloy results in an exceptionally hard metal that boasts remarkable resistance to wear, scratches, and corrosion. In our men's ring collection, we primarily utilize tungsten carbide to provide a combination of enduring luster and outstanding resilience against scratches, corrosion, and everyday wear. This makes it an ideal choice for crafting men's jewelry.

At Berradas, we understand how important it is to find jewelry that fits comfortably and looks great. That's why we've created this jewelry sizing guide to help you find the perfect size for your new piece of jewelry.
Find Your fit
Here are some general guidelines that can help you determine your bracelet size:
1. Measure your wrist: The easiest way to determine your bracelet size is to measure your wrist with a flexible measuring tape or a strip of paper. Wrap the measuring tape or paper around your wrist and make a note of the measurement, in inches or centimeters.
You can easily determine your own bracelet size with a measuring tape or a cable. To measure, simply place the cord (or the measuring tape) around your wrist tightly. The ends of the cord should be marked.
2. By using a ruler you can then measure the marked cord and get your wrist size.
Note : Add a comfort fit: To ensure that your bracelet fits comfortably, add 0.5 to 1 inch (1.3 to 2.5 CM) to your wrist measurement. This will give you the size you need to purchase.

In the case where your non-custom piece isn’t quite working out for you, we accept return or exchange for non-custom pieces. Non-custom pieces must be returned/exchanged within 30 days of receiving your piece(s) (based on USPS timestamp date received).
Is your jewelry nickel-free and safe for those with allergies?
We understand the importance of jewelry that not only enhances your style but also ensures comfort and well-being for you or your recipient. We are committed to providing jewelry that is safe for wear and minimizes the risk of allergies.
Most of our jewelry is crafted from high-quality materials like 925 sterling silver, 18k solid gold or tungsten carbide. These materials are generally well-tolerated by the vast majority of people and are less likely to cause allergic reactions. It's important to note that our jewelry is also nickel-free, making it even more hypoallergenic.

What is your production time for custom pieces ?
All custom pieces are made to order by jewelry artisans and take time to produce.
Our current production time is listed on our product listings as well as our Checkout page. Production time is subject to change during high-demand periods.

Can I Change the Personalization Text After I Submit My Order?
We understand that sometimes you might want to make changes after placing your order. If you need to alter the personalization text for your custom jewelry, please contact us within 24 hours after you place your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We are absolutely confident in the quality of our products and want you to feel the same way.
In the case where your non-custom piece isn’t quite working out for you, we accept return or exchange for non-custom pieces. Non-custom pieces must be returned/exchanged within 30 days of receiving your piece(s) (based on USPS timestamp date received).
Berradas do not offers free returns. The products in “sale” are the final sale and cannot be returned.

If you mail your piece in on your own, be sure to keep the tracking number provided to you by the shipping company so we can locate the order if needed!
Note: We are currently unable to accept returns on custom or personalized items.
Once an order has shipped out we will not refund the shipping for a return. Shipping costs will only be refunded if an order is cancelled prior to shipment.
